RHM Bakeries, a division of Premier Foods required a centralised solution to control the process of producing packaging for their various products.

Arc2 consulted with RHM to analyse  their complex packaging workflow. We then designed and built a digital workflow solution to help manage the design, approval, budgeting and distribution of packaging for their many prestigious branded customers, including top supermarkets.

We helped them with change management within their business to ensure success of the project as it was built over a 2 year period.
