Digital Product Development; “Retire-mate”

Arc2 was commissioned to build a multi-layered website application that provides guidance and information to Sanlam pension and provident fund members about good investment choices.

The tool integrates with Sanlam’s larger IT infrastructure via web services as a seamless user journey experience with tools and calculators for helping members to understand their current investment status and what corrective measures they could pursue should their investment status require improving.

Crucial to the  timeous route to market was Arc2’s business workflow analyses consultations throughout the project. Through this process we helped the client formulate the requirements for this application by helping them plot a course through the digital landscape towards a compelling user experience.

Our sustainable business analyses, estimation process and agile development processes were key factors in the successful launch of Sanlam’s first digital product and are key to it’s ongoing evolution and maintenance.
